Flo is the world’s #1 health app on a mission to build a better future for female health. As a Creative Producer, you’ll deliver high-performing video creatives for Meta platforms within our App Pod, driving high-volume creative production pipelines.

In Short

• Deliver high-performing video creatives for Meta platforms
• Drive high-volume creative production pipelines
• Collaborate with a team to craft innovative, data-driven creative work
• Produce video-first creatives tailored for Meta placements
• Contribute to sprint planning with Creative Strategists and UA Managers
• Support creative briefs for Paid UA campaigns
• Iterate creatives based on performance metrics
• Conduct competitor ad audits
• Work closely with UA and analytics teams
• Maintain efficient high-volume creative pipelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in creative production for UA/Paid Social campaigns
• Proven success in high-performing, high-volume creative environments
• Strong knowledge of Meta ad formats and guidelines
• Portfolio showcasing video-first creatives for acquisition campaigns
• App marketing experience is a plus
• Organized and adaptable to fast-paced environments
