Overview

As a Senior Designer (Campaign / User Growth) at Flipster, you will help shape high-impact user experiences across campaign websites, in-app marketing initiatives, and other digital assets that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

In Short

• Design and prototype responsive landing pages and campaign microsites.
• Collaborate on in-app marketing touchpoints.
• Translate growth and marketing strategies into scalable design solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to iterate and A/B test designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and polished UI designs.
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
• Refine marketing-related design systems and components.
• Track design performance and inform improvements.
• Support ad-hoc creative needs across campaigns.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI, product, or growth design.
• Strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of growth principles and user psychology.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is preferred.
• Basic Korean language skills are a plus.
