The Manager, Sales Transformation and Technology will play a critical role in reshaping Flipp’s sales technology practice, with Salesforce as the primary CRM, to drive transformation initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in CRM strategy or sales transformation.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in CRM technologies like Gong and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Solid understanding of CRM trends and customer experience strategies.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect; Project Management Certifications.
