Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our AI strategy and shape the future of how employees search, act, and communicate in the workplace using intelligent assistants.

In Short

• Own and drive Flip’s AI product vision.
• Translate strategic vision into user-first AI capabilities.
• Work hands-on with engineers and designers to ship impactful AI capabilities.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
• 1+ year of building or scaling AI-powered features.
• Strong product sense, systems thinking, and a hands-on approach.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus.
