Overview

We are seeking a Healthcare Data Analytics Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. The position will be responsible for managing all healthcare-related data analytics and business insights, working with various teams and presenting actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of direct experience, with 3+ years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and ETL processes.
• Strong statistical knowledge for interpreting data.
• Experience with Python, R, and Power BI.
• Ability to build digestible reports for healthcare professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or senior living industries.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
