Solutions Consultant - Remote

Flexport is on a mission to make global commerce easy and accessible, and we are looking for a talented Solutions Consultant to help bridge the gap between various teams and ensure successful integrations for our clients.

In Short

• Own end-to-end delivery for common integrations.
• Participate in functional requirements gathering.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Global Operations teams.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
• Drive successful adoption of integrated solutions.
• Support Account Executives with integration-related requests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
• Experience with file formats like CSV, XML, or JSON is a plus.
• Experience with EDI X12 and EDIFACT is a plus.
• Experience working with APIs is a plus.
• Supply-chain, logistics, or operations experience is a plus.
