Engineering Manager, Platform - Remote

Overview

The Fleetio Engineering Team is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Engineering efforts. In this role, you will lead the platform engineering team that handles SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), Infrastructure, and Developer Experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading Engineering Teams.
• Proven expertise in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience with AWS or Azure and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for attracting and developing engineers.
• Experience with APM tools for monitoring issues.
• Prior experience with Ruby-on-Rails is a plus.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with mobile engineering is a plus.
