Engineering Manager - Billing and Growth - Remote

Overview

Fleetio is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Billing and Growth PODs. This role will strongly focus on Billing, overseeing the development and maintenance of our subscription management, payments infrastructure, invoicing, and financial integrations to ensure a seamless and reliable customer billing experience. In addition, you will support our Growth POD initiatives, focusing on features and interactions that drive user onboarding, conversion, and adoption. As an Engineering Manager, you will guide both teams in delivering high-quality solutions and balancing scalability and reliability in Billing while fostering experimentation and rapid iteration in Growth. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead.
• Experience with React and Ruby-on-Rails applications.
• Background in building SaaS solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage team performance effectively.
• Experience in building relationships with external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
