Overview

The Engineering Manager will lead a team in CookUnity’s Growth Zone, focusing on attracting and retaining new customers through critical applications.

• Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Backend-for-Frontend APIs, Postgres/MySQL, AWS, Swift, and Kotlin.
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Expertise with agile methodologies.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures.
• Track record of coaching and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
