Overview

The Client Advocate Sr. will be responsible for answering inbound telephone calls from consumer & business banking customers regarding questions and issues on their accounts, while also creating detailed documentation and cross-selling products and services.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience in banking.
  • 2+ years customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good telephone technique and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Experience in sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of call center operations preferred.
