Fixpoint is hiring Telephone Operators for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Telephone Operator.

• Operate telephone switchboards and systems
• Provide customer information and assistance
• Update directory information as needed
• Suggest alternate spellings or formats to customers
• Experience in telephone operations preferred

Requirements

• Experience with operating telephone switchboards
• Ability to listen and respond to customer requests
• Familiarity with alphabetical or geographical directories
• Skills in updating and managing directory information
• Strong communication skills
