In Short

• Support market analysis and research for new markets and target groups in the DACH region and Spanish-speaking countries.
• Assist in communication with international partners, clients, and internal teams, particularly in German and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Contribute to project support in market adaptation and development, including translations, cultural management, and process optimization.
• Research and approach potential partners while maintaining existing relationships in the fitness industry.

Requirements

• Enrolled students in Business Administration, International Management, Sports Management, or a comparable field.
• Interest in the fitness industry and internationalization topics.
• Very good German and English skills; Spanish and/or Mandarin are also beneficial.
• Independent and structured working style as well as teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and intercultural competence.
