Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of transportation design and project management experience.
• Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain PE license.
• Prior staff management experience preferred.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
