Overview

As a Recruiter at Firstbase, you will play a critical part in building our world-class distributed team by attracting top-tier talent and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates.

In Short

• Develop and execute forward-thinking recruitment strategies.
• Lead the interview process ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
• Own global hiring efforts managing a recruitment pipeline across countries.
• Maintain a well-organized recruiting pipeline with accurate documentation.
• Work closely with hiring managers to align on priorities and needs.
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Execute employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
• Use data and feedback to optimize recruiting strategies.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics for process optimization.

Requirements

• Be based in LatAm (position is remote).
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with recruiting software and job boards.
• High level of integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Passion for recruiting and candidate experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech company is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques is a strong plus.
