Firstbase.io is on a mission to build an “All-In-One Company OS” to enable global founders to launch, operate, and grow their businesses using Firstbase’s suite of products.

In Short

• Hiring a Product Designer to join the product team.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Design visual and functional experiences.
• Work with the VP of Product to shape ideas and build the product roadmap.
• Partner with marketing for consistent design implementation.
• Research customer problems with Customer Success.
• Create design guidelines for interface consistency.
• Illustrate intuitive iconography for applications.
• Instill a design culture within the company.
• Create original graphic designs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a high-growth startup.
• Knowledge of startups and products in the space.
• Great taste for elegant product experiences.
• Ability to work through design problems efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration.
• Hard-working and dedicated team player.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in the unknown.
• Ability to communicate technical topics effectively.
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication.
