First Entertainment Credit Union is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives to lead enterprise-wide R&D and manage initiatives in digital banking and customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in financial institutions preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Technical and analytical skills required.
• Familiarity with SDLC encouraged.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and regulations.
• Effective communication skills across all levels.
