Overview

The Senior Technical Release Manager at Fiserv is responsible for managing the entire software development lifecycle of the acquiring-backend, ensuring smooth configuration management and deployment processes.

• Manage configuration of acquiring-backend applications.
• Oversee test and development environments.

• Track bugs and defects using Jira.

• Fluent in English and German.
• 5+ years of experience in configuration or release management.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience as a configuration manager or release manager.
• Excellent knowledge of mainframe configuration management.
• Practical experience as a DB2 database administrator.
• Knowledge of software development process models.
• Experience with job scheduling and JCL.
• Familiarity with Endevor and Control-M is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
