In-Scrum Test Automation Developer (SDET) - Remote

Overview

As an In-Scrum Test Automation Developer (SDET) at Fiserv, you will support the development of automated tests to ensure software quality as part of the Scrum team, contributing to the global leader in Fintech and payments.

In Short

• Develop manual and automated tests using BDD Cucumber.
• Establish a test-driven architecture based on test requirements.
• Define tests during business analysis.
• Support and understand automation frameworks.
• Create automated scripts for API, UI, and other tests.
• Coach other team members in software testing.
• Collaborate on regression and integration tests.
• Document test cases for automated execution.
• Work within CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and GitLab.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or related field.
• Fluent in German and English (CEFR level B2 or better).
• 3-5 years of experience in software development and testing of JAVA applications.
• Proficient with Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, and GitLab.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with relational databases, ideally Oracle.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience in professional software development projects.
• Knowledge of credit card processing is a plus.
