Senior Systems Engineer (NonStop) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (NonStop) to provide technical solutions in a highly visible, large enterprise environment, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our infrastructure.

In Short

• Maintain and upgrade existing systems for 24x7 uptime.
• Lead Guardian OS, Network, and major software release planning.
• Assess and implement platform security solutions.
• Support deployment of technology architecture and total system solutions.
• Identify and recommend performance improvement solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for the entire infrastructure.
• Perform continuous improvements on all NonStop servers.
• Work with off-platform servers like Splunk and SharePoint.
• Collaborate in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Guardian OS, NonStop SQL, and NonStop hardware.
• 5+ years in configuring NonStop systems end-to-end.
• 5+ years working with SQL, Guardian/OSS, and NonStop Web Services.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with Nonstop Security and encryption.
• Experience with NS7X technology is a plus.
• Ability to work in a large-scale enterprise environment.
