Title Documents Researcher (Searcher I) - Remote

Overview

The Searcher is responsible for searching various public record websites while maintaining FCS’ superior service standards and meeting deadlines. This position requires the ability to type 55 WPM with exceptional accuracy.

In Short

• Examine various public record websites for critical information.
• Provide copies relevant to specific searches.
• Submit search orders to the appropriate department when completed.
• Collaborate with the Workflow Coordinator and Manager for quality results.
• Coordinate effectively with outside vendors and clients.
• Correspond with Account Managers on search progress.
• Perform various job-related duties as prescribed.

Requirements

• Two years of real estate and/or title experience preferred.
• Experience in a Service Company or Public Records Industry preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Ability to locate property on a map and search public record indexes.
• Understanding of real estate records.
• Competence in software applications including Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Critical thinker with analytical skills.
