Scrum Master I - Remote

Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in North Carolina, Arizona, Texas, or Florida. Other locations may be considered. This Scrum Master I position is aligned to First Citizens Bank's Digital, Sales & Service organization. Ensures that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating, meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. Assists in increasing team efficiency and provides motivation and guidance for process improvement.

In Short

• Project Coordination using agile methodology values and practices.
• Facilitates daily team meetings to track project progress.
• Plans and organizes demos and product/system testing.
• Tracks project processes, deliverables, and financials.
• Promotes transparency around team progress and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Project Management in IT OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience.
• Scrum Certification Required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of Jira.
• Experience with Business Process Automation.
• Banking experience preferred but open to other industries.
