The Bilingual Verifications Specialist plays a key role in supporting clients' pre-employment screening processes by delivering accurate and reliable screening results.

• Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal and written)
• Position is 100% remote based in Colombia
• Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (UTC-5)
• Handle verifications for high-profile clients
• Verify candidate details including employment, education, and certifications
• Communicate with third parties to verify information
• Write detailed reports flagging discrepancies
• Record confirmed information ensuring data integrity
• Perform quality checks to meet client standards
• Meet daily volume and accuracy targets

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 1+ years of work experience, preferably in a call center or BPO/KPO environment
• Strong communication skills (presentation, written, verbal)
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and good judgment
