Overview

We are looking for Shenzhen-based candidates who are passionate about events and media in FinTech or Tech sectors, and are looking for a company that shares a great culture and team to join us!

In Short

• Research and analyze current financial market trends.
• Responsible for conference agenda planning and development.
• Identify and invite local and overseas key speakers and stakeholders.
• Maintain good relationships with speakers and key stakeholders.
• Attend industry events for rapport-building and networking.
• Work closely with the Hong Kong team to arrange conference logistics.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the line manager.
• Ensure all content and event goals are aligned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Journalism/Event Management/Marketing Business or related field.
• Interest in Web3/Technology/Fintech/Finance Industry and trends.
• 5-8 years of relevant working experience in conference/event agenda writing.
• Experience in inviting speakers and handling logistics.
• Experience in event and project management.
• Working experience in startups or small teams.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent business writing in both English and Chinese.
