In Short

• Define and execute product positioning and messaging.
• Act as a bridge between product, sales, and marketing.
• Analyze competitive landscape and customer needs.
• Own go-to-market strategy and product launches.
• Create sales collateral and conduct training sessions.
• Conduct market and competitive research.
• Collaborate with content and demand generation teams.
• Provide feedback to product management.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across channels.
• Work in a collaborative environment with a dynamic team.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Experience with webinars and case studies is a plus.
• Familiarity with pricing strategy for B2B software.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a bonus.
• Language: Native German with excellent business-level English.
