• Seeking a Business Analyst Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in Insurance Claims.
• Responsible for managing the evolution of the client's claims management system.
• Involved in all phases of the claims lifecycle (Reporting, Assessment, Settlement, IVASS flows).
• Gathering requirements and supporting the business in proposing solutions.
• Drafting supporting documentation.
• Conducting internal testing and user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of T/SQL and SQL is required.
• Good relational and communication skills are appreciated.
• Team building and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Hybrid work model with occasional travel to the client's office in Milan.
