• Support the growth of the Finalis platform as a Senior Product Manager.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Developers, and QAs to deliver exceptional products.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify product opportunities.
• Develop a value proposition that aligns with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams across various departments.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Requirements

• Passionate about product management.
• Ability to translate business strategy into product development.
• Understanding of software development and SDLC.
• Strong soft skills and proficiency in English.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of JIRA is a plus.
• Experience in Fintech is advantageous.
• Familiarity with finance concepts.
• Knowledge of UX/UI is beneficial.
• SQL skills are a plus.
