In Short

  • Manage a queue of customer inquiries via multiple channels.
  • Identify at-risk customers and enhance engagement.
  • Document customer interactions and track trends.
  • Advocate for process improvements in customer support.
  • Meet performance and productivity goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers and team members.
  • Handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Bilingual English - Spanish speakers preferred.
  • 1 year of contact center experience required.

  • Comfort with technology and CRM platforms.

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher.
  • Quiet work environment for phone calls.
  • Reliable internet service with speeds of 50 mbps or higher.
  • Willingness to attend annual in-person company meetings.
