Staff Accountant - Remote

Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Staff Accountant to join our team in Latin America.

In Short

• Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Handle Credit Card (CC) and Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Experience with CC and Bank reconciliations
• Proficient in Quickbooks Online
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively
