Overview

The Marketplace Operations team at Filevine is responsible for building and maintaining the systems, programs, and support that power our network of independent contractors. The Strategy & Operations Associate will ensure seamless event scheduling, contractor communications, and support systems, while fostering engagement and retention among the Digital Reporter community.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day scheduling and coordination for the Digital Reporter marketplace.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contractor support.
• Monitor and manage IC-facing platforms and maintain help center content.
• Build and execute community engagement and retention programs.
• Support accurate and timely IC payment resolution.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, onboarding, and product teams.
• Advocate for the IC perspective within internal conversations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations or community management.
• Proven ability to manage logistics in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Slack and Intercom.
• Self-starter who thrives on problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
