• Define test plans and test cases based on user stories and technical design.
• Write clear, detailed, and repeatable defect reports.
• Reproduce bugs reported by the support team.
• Prioritize test cases and plan test execution effectively.
• Conduct exploratory testing to evaluate product functionality.
• Contribute to automated testing systems and evaluate output.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization.
• Communicate quality issues and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software quality assurance fundamentals.
• Meticulous approach to work.
• Knowledge of bug tracking software preferred.
• Familiarity with Test Management Tools like TestRail or QA Touch preferred.
• Experience with screen recording tools like SnagIt or Camtasia.
• Programming experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
