Filestage is a fully remote team dedicated to creating a seamless approval process that enhances productivity and joy at work. As a pivotal moment for the company, we are looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to architect our Customer Success transition.

In Short

  • Lead the evolution of the Customer Success team at Filestage.
  • Define and refine the CS operating system in partnership with RevOps.
  • Standardize value delivery and shorten Time-to-Value in onboarding.
  • Proactively manage retention and risk, building systems to predict churn.
  • Cultivate a high-performance team through coaching and enablement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights.
  • Work remotely with a focus on flexible scheduling.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Proven track record in managing GRR and running QBRs.
  • Experience in remote team management.
  • Strong understanding of revenue strategy and business KPIs.
  • Analytical, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience developing scalable CS playbooks.
  • Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an international environment.
