Filestage is a fully remote team focused on optimizing the approval process for teams across various industries. We are looking for a SaaS Marketing Specialist to enhance our conversion optimization strategy and drive demo bookings.

In Short

  • Own conversion optimization for demo booking and trial funnel.
  • Execute direct-response paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Build and maintain attribution tracking for traffic sources.
  • Provide insights and reporting on trial funnel performance.
  • Coordinate with specialists across marketing, product, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on paid advertising expertise with Google Ads and Facebook.
  • Deeply data-driven with experience in Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with A/B testing experience.
  • Fluency in English (C1-level minimum).
  • Comfortable with marketing technology and tools.
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently with clear direction.
  • Strong communication skills.
