• Design and develop scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Deep understanding of database modeling and performance tuning.
• Strong background in distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with background processing systems (Sidekiq, Redis).
• Familiarity with JavaScript and third-party libraries.
• Ability to lead projects and drive technical strategy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bias towards simplicity and maintainability.
