In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts with US government entities.
• Update and maintain Figma for Government sales contract templates.
• Build and mature gov-related sales processes for scale.
• Advise on vendor processes related to FedRAMP.
• Drive FAR compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Federal Sales team.
• Advise on Figma for Education initiatives.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Requirements

• A J.D. and licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• 10 years relevant experience in U.S. public sector procurement.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to build relationships.
• Strong work ethic and bias towards action.
• Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
