In Short

• Manage and support a team of product engineers focused on building and expanding Figma’s developer offerings.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate work across product, design, engineering, and other functions.
• Define strategy & roadmap for your team and execute on that roadmap with a high degree of autonomy, velocity, and craftsmanship.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to your teams and others that collaborate with your teams.
• Recruit, mentor and retain high performing engineers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and taking calculated risks.
• Play a role in building and driving inclusive and diverse team initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing software engineers working on products used by external users.
• A proven track record of building products that are best in class in user experience.
• A relentless focus on business impact through product & engineering excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in building a high-performing engineering team.
