Senior Director, FP&A - Remote

Overview

Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners specifically within cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). We build software for the people who enable trust between businesses.

In Short

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting at Fieldguide.
• Act as a strategic partner to the executive team.
• Drive annual and quarterly budgeting processes.
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial projections.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reporting packages and variance analysis.
• Partner with functional leaders on workforce planning.
• Define and track KPIs tied to growth efficiency.
• Build models to support pricing and product investment.
• Mentor and manage FP&A staff.

Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in high-growth SaaS or AI companies.
• Expert-level fluency with modern planning tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong command of accounting principles.
• Experience supporting go-to-market teams.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Team-oriented leader focused on developing talent.
