The Internal Wholesaler, Life Distribution is responsible for providing best-in-class phone and web-based support for agents and IMO marketers related to case design, product questions, competitive positioning, illustration software training and more.

• Manage high-volume inbound phone and email inquiries.
• Initiate proactive sales initiatives.
• Demonstrate knowledge of F&G products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• Life insurance product sales support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the life insurance marketplace.
• Life and annuity license preferred.
