The successful candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining HR services, which covers payroll, benefits and other HR-related functions on an international scale.

• Coordinate and manage payroll inputs across international locations.
• Ensure accurate and timely employee payments and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and report on salary costs, analyzing trends.
• Provide expert support to employees on payroll-related queries.
• Work with HR and Finance teams to address payroll issues.
• Oversee administration of employee benefits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in payroll and benefits; international payroll exposure is a plus.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher); additional languages are an asset.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Personio is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
