Overview

Fetch is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to be a driving force behind the vision, strategy and execution of our new and emerging business units.

In Short

• Leverage data to inform key decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, product strategy, management consulting, or analytics.
• Fluency in data and strong technical skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Excel, SQL skills required; experience with Python or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience building analysis with significant AI components.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to make data-informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
