Overview

The Executive Assistant will support two executives at Fetch by managing their professional duties and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

In Short

  • Proactively manage executives’ calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Prepare expense reports and format communications.

  • Limited event-planning responsibilities.
  • 5+ years of experience required.
  • Advanced Gsuite experience preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant Executive Assistant positions.
  • Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders.
  • Advanced experience in Gsuite.
  • Experience with calendar management for multiple executives.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple urgent requests.
  • Experience with email management.
  • Event planning experience preferred.
  • Minimal travel for offsites and team events.
