In Short

• Lead design of the marketing website with over 7 million visitors per year.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketers.
• Own the design of core pages, ad landing pages, and navigation.
• Translate opportunities into clear and beautiful designs.
• Ensure successful implementation of designs with engineers.
• Apply and evolve the Felix brand in design.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in website design required.
• Strong understanding of aesthetics and UX patterns.
• Passion for improving healthcare access.

• 5+ years of experience in website design, ideally in consumer-facing environments.
• Deep understanding of website design, from layouts to web capabilities.
• Exceptional taste and understanding of aesthetics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for improving lives through better healthcare.
