• Collaborate with clients to assess solution fit and document business requirements.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Feedzai’s compliance product offering.
• Conduct current-state analysis of client systems and design optimized future-state process flows.
• Document and validate customer requirements for each project.
• Ensure technical solutions align with local and international regulations.
• Propose enhancements to existing systems for compliance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify and address potential solution gaps proactively.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on project scope and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between clients and Feedzai teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience in financial services, specifically banking or fintech.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and KYC/CDD best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements.
• Proven customer-facing experience.
• Ability to write detailed specifications.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Familiarity with API mapping and design.
• Experience with flowcharting software.
