  • 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience required
  • Strongly preferred: Government Healthcare Staffing experience
  • Make a real difference in access to care for Veterans and underserved communities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting clinical roles
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Government Healthcare Staffing experience preferred
  • Experience with SCA roles preferred
  • Experience using SmartRecruiters ATS preferred
  • Metrics-driven mindset preferred
