• Recruit various healthcare professionals including Physicians, Nurses, and Behavioral Health providers
• Partner with credentialing and operations teams for compliant candidates
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS
• Work towards performance metrics like time-to-fill

Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting clinical roles
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
