Overview

The Clear and Legible Reporting (CLR) Clerk position supports the Military Community by serving as a key resource in healthcare delivery, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring accurate record keeping.

In Short

• Support the Military Community in healthcare administration.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls from beneficiaries.
• Validate beneficiary eligibility and schedule appointments.
• Record calls and process appointment requests.
• Monitor care delivery and retrieve healthcare records.
• Track specialty care referrals and ensure timely processing.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other regulations.
• Work remotely from an approved home address.
• Must maintain a dedicated workspace and use secure equipment.
• Available for 40 hours/week during Pacific Time Zone.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Skilled in Word, Excel, and other software programs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to define problems and obtain solutions.
• Healthcare administrative experience preferred.
• Must obtain clearance for access and a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must have a wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps.
• Must be responsive during scheduled work hours.
• Ability to clearly communicate with coworkers and clinic staff.
• Must have a dedicated, private workspace with a door.
