Operational Risk Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Operational Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting the Operational Risk Management Group to ensure the Bank’s operational risk management program adequately identifies, assesses, measures, monitors, and reports operational risks enterprise-wide.

In Short

• Support the operational risk management framework implementation.
• Monitor operational risk events and ensure corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze data on operational risk events.
• Provide monthly reporting to key stakeholders.
• Maintain end user computing inventory and perform updates.
• Calculate quarterly operational risk estimates.
• Prepare reports for the Risk Committee and Board.
• Review and update operational risk management procedures.
• Engage in other risk management projects as assigned.
• Work in a flexible hybrid model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of operational risk or audit experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle complex assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Access and Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must not have any civil or criminal charges suggesting risk to Bank security.
• Ability to work full-time and uphold the Bank’s principles.
