Overview

The Mainframe Performance Analyst at Fiserv is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of mainframe systems to ensure efficient operation and compliance with service level agreements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Mainframe systems.
• 6+ years in performance analysis and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring tools (e.g., RMF, OMEGAMON).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of mainframe architecture and operating systems.
• Familiarity with mainframe languages (e.g., Assembler, Cobol).
• Relevant certifications in mainframe technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of key subsystems (e.g., DB2, CICS).
• Experience with Linux and CP4D is a plus.
