Credit & Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Credit & Reporting Analyst at FOX, you will be responsible for conducting credit investigations and reporting for advertising agencies and direct advertisers, supporting the Credit & Collections department with data analysis and insights.

In Short

• Conduct credit investigations on advertisers and agencies.
• Research financial information and review upcoming ads.
• Update and maintain credit investigation documentation.
• Monitor accounts deemed a credit risk.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely payments.
• Run EDI billing reports and monthly analytical reports.
• Pull weekly cash receipts reports for Corporate Finance.
• Oversee small balance write-offs and unclaimed property processes.
• Maintain collector assignments in the Get Paid collection system.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret financial statements.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• 2+ years of credit experience is a plus.
• Media agency or advertiser experience is a bonus.
• Experience interpreting 3rd party credit reports is advantageous.
