• Deliver analyses that guide decisions at Fathom.
• Learn about our dbt pipelines for transforming data.
• Create updates in our ELT pipeline to move and transform data.
• Make new data accessible to the wider team through our BI tool (Omni).
• Perform in-depth analysis of customer lifecycles and segmentation.
• Automate anomaly detection of key business metrics.
• Work in a dynamic and collaborative team.

• Balance analytics, reporting, and some data management.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL
• Strong foundation in statistical reasoning.
• Experience in a SaaS environment (ideally B2B).
• Familiarity with BigQuery (or similar), Python.
• Nice to have familiarity with advanced data modeling, dbt, Looker/Omni, CRMs.
• Curiosity-driven with a focus on delivering results.
• Generalist mindset with the ability to dive deep into challenges.
• Resilience and ability to grind through complex problems.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• Independence in managing workload and priorities.
