Data Entry Clerk - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role offers flexibility to work remotely. In this role, you will assist our team by updating and maintaining information in our databases and provide administrative support as needed.

In Short

• Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence.
• Obtaining all proper supporting information and documentation.
• Liaising with internal staff for clarification or outstanding documents.
• Organizing file documents in accordance with naming protocols.
• Calculation of income and surplus income obligations.
• Understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions.
• Performing relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions.
• Performing relevant searches for insolvency and other registrations.
• Creating all documents required for signature.
• Accurately transferring information into internal software.

Requirements

• Experienced performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset.
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with staff members.
